Chocolate Chip Granola Bites
Whip up these quick and nutritious no-bake granola bites for a tasty snack or breakfast on the go!
Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 pc Medjool dates pitted
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Soak the medjool dates in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until slightly lumpy.
Stir in chocolate chips with a spatula.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the granola mixture onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
